Last week, I did this ombre nail with a pretty friend of mine, (beautiful name she got, Jivanesia!)
It's pretty easy, but resulting fab result!
So, all you have to prepare is:
1. White nail polish (I used Satin)
2. Not to bright colored nail polish
(I used Peaches and Cream by Topshop)
3. Make up sponge
|my first color base, and there's the sponge|
So, here's some steps:
1. Apply your favourite base coat
2. Apply the white polish
3. This step is bit tricky.
So apply some soft colored nail polish (I used peachy orange) onto the edge of the sponge, just like how I did in the photo above, then gently push that colored edge sponge onto half-tip your nails. Leave a bit white underneath, to show the ombre effect. The upper tip's orange color should be more vivid.
here's the result!
Hope this mini tutorial helps!
I got the video here.
have a fabulous weekend, people!
